Video 3 – Marching, half raises and shoulder exercise.

Video 4 – This exercise will help strengthen your shoulders. You will need hand weights, if not use cans of soup or water bottles.

Video 5 – This exercise will help strengthen your thigh and knee.

Video 6 – This is a tummy exercise. You may need your hand weights.

Video 7 – Charlie takes us through four stretches. These can be done at the start of your exercises and at the end if you wish.

Video 8 – This is a coordination exercise on three levels; beginners, intermediate and challenger.

Video 9 – Strengthen the front of your arm. You’ll need hand weights, water bottles or cans of soup.

Video 10 – Strengthen the back of your arm. Make sure you have enough space around you.

Video 11 – Help strengthen your lower legs and ankles. For more effort you will need hand weights, water bottles or cans of soup.

Video 12 – This exercise will help strengthen your tummy .

Video 13 – These stretches can be done at the start or end of your workout.

Video 14 – co-ordination exercise, you will need an empty plastic water bottle or a light item in your hand.
