This is a great way to help get more active, gain confidence and better independence.
All the exercises are done seated so they’re safe, fun and easy to follow.
All exercises are designed for Herefordshire Headway clients. If you are new to exercise, have any medical conditions, or have not exercised before, you will need to check with Headway or your GP before joining the group.
