We also have downloadable copies of our various leaflets and forms. Some of these ask for personal information for example our payroll giving form and bequest leaflet.  Again, this information will be used only for the purposes stated on the leaflet or form. We may ask if you wish to receive further information about Herefordshire Headway and you will only receive this if you opt-in by ticking relevant boxes on reply slips.

MAKING A DONATION

If you are making a GIFT AID donation we do require your name, address and postcode for our HMRC submissions to claim Gift Aid.  We are required to keep these records for 6 years after your most recent donation we have claimed on.
