We are committed to protecting your privacy, and will use your personal information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2018.

The only personal information you can provide us directly from our website is your email address when requesting to subscribe to our newsletter and the following statement is added to your draft email.

“I understand that by sending my email address I wish to receive the Herefordshire Headway monthly newsletter.

Herefordshire Headway will only use my email address to send their monthly newsletter.

To be removed from the newsletter circulation list please inform Herefordshire Headway by email hfds-headway@btconnect.com or phone 01432 761000.”

We also have downloadable copies of our various leaflets and forms. Some of these ask for personal information for example our payroll giving form and bequest leaflet.  Again, this information will be used only for the purposes stated on the leaflet or form. We may ask if you wish to receive further information about Herefordshire Headway and you will only receive this if you opt-in by ticking relevant boxes on reply slips.
