Being a young adult with a brain injury is often a very lonely position and finding support is not easy. Recognising that there are also a lot of parents needing help in finding support, Headway launched a dedicated young adult service two years ago which has gone from strength to strength. We offer activities and friendship from those who understand as well as an outreach service.
